Active International Australia are big believers in giving back. We do a lot to support a wide range of charities, and launched Active Cares to support these initiatives.

 Active International Charitable Donations and Sponsorship Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all Active International’s charitable donations and sponsorships support our wider Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy.

Charitable giving encompasses a wide range of activities, including funding, volunteering and in kind support such as hosting events for organisations at Active premises. It is vital that all donations and sponsorships are compatible with our business activities and reflect our commitment to corporate responsibility and ethical business.

Founded in 1997, Active Cares has shown support to over 500 charities. Some of the great charities Active has supported include UNLTD (media supporting youth in Australia), Pink Hope (a preventative breast and ovarian cancer charity), Be Centre (a unique registered children's charity providing one-on-one play therapy to children who have been through drauma), Delvena Women's Refugee, Movember, Barnardo's, Newcastle University - LHON research, St Giles Trust, Meningitis Research Foundation, Dallaglio Foundation, The Lord's Taverners, Nordoff Robbins, Halow Project, The Co-operative Foundation and the Division of Haematology/Oncology at St Luke's and Roosevelt Hospital.
